2. Strict No Refund Policy
All products sold on Digitulix are digital and delivered instantly after successful payment. Therefore:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after delivery.
- No refund for change of mind or wrong purchase.
- No refund if you do not know how to use the product.
- No refund for compatibility issues with your software/system.
Once a digital product is accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned, and the transaction is considered final.
3. No Cancellation Policy
Orders placed on Digitulix cannot be cancelled once the payment is completed.
- No cancellation after payment confirmation.
- No cancellation after product delivery.
- Instant delivery systems cannot be reversed.
4. Razorpay Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Digitulix does not store your card or banking details.
- If payment fails but amount is deducted, refund is handled by your bank.
- Auto refund timeline: 5–7 working days (bank dependent).
- Digitulix is not responsible for bank delays.
5. Limited Exceptions
Refund may be considered ONLY in rare cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same order
- Payment successful but product not delivered
- Technical error from our system
All such requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.
6. User Responsibility
